I imagine the Democratic party there in Michigan (or anyone anit-Trump enough) could have went through the list of registered voters, identified the dead voters, and then requested ballots for the dead voters. Wouldn't be too hard to intercept the ballots before they were delivered....and of course, if they were mailing out multiple ballots to every Democrat, then the extras could easily get 'lost' in delivery.

I think, that even including the dems that filled in all the ballots they received, they did not have enough. This is where it gets interesting, where did the extra ballots come from? They needed to be printed outside of the official government, and that might be what people are talking about China shipping in ballots.

That was by design. Throw a gazillion mail-in ballots off of voter rolls that go back decades (if not older) and flood the electorate so they could inflate the numbers via Dominion and the optics would appear legit.
Yeah, but, like, to do anything she'd have to open them up, fill out the ballots, sign using the other person's name, seal them up, and mail them back. Like, who has the time for all of that?
The current resident, if they were so inclined, could easily fill in those ballots, cone up with fake a signature, and simply mail it back. Those ballots will get counted since there’s no verification being done.
Now multiply that number by every empty apartment in every nearly condemnable tenement building in a city and realize that they don't actually have to go through the mail to be returned because there's "ballot drop boxes" right next to the practically empty apartment building.
