They're not wrong. Real women don't consider real men toxic. And conservative gay men are far more alpha than liberal soy boys.

Must have something to do with the confidence you have when you don't hate yourself.

103
AnaMerican_1776 103 points ago +104 / -1

And the irrefutable fat that a low-fat/no-fat diet (those preferred by the soyboy types) makes it impossible to produce the necessary testosterone requisite for genuine masculinity.

There is a reason that the Brontosaurus was never the ruler of the planet, and that wolves eat cows.

19
Thehonkswamp 19 points ago +19 / -0

"This theory goes as follows and begins now. All brontosauruses are thin at one end, much, much thicker in the middle and then thin again at the far end. That is my theory, it is mine, and belongs to me and I own it, and what it is too."

You can be vegan, buff and healthy if you're smart about it. The problem with soy boys is that they are "trendy" about it and never take the time to property research.

It's self inflicted starvation.

killerbunny88 49 points ago +49 / -0

You really can't long-term. I've seen so many supposedly educated vegans that do all the right things, but after a few years you start seeing the results. Their bodies start eating their muscle, so they get lankier and lankier because the body needs amino acids that it gets from eating meat. Without animal protein, your body starts breaking down it's own muscles and collagen. The lack of collagen is why I can generally spot a vegan that's been vegan for a few years. They start aging at an alarming rate. I really notice it around their mouths. They get this weird emaciated skeleton mouths where you can see their teeth through their upper lip area. Plus, hollows under their eyes. All the fruits and veggies they eat are really healthy which is why they look great at first. Their skin is getting an infusion of vitamins and minerals. The lack of animal protein and collagen starts taking its toll a few years in.

28
FergieJR 28 points ago +28 / -0

You sound like my wife, who is a very educated skincare professional.

I can see a healthy diet with less meat while eating fresh, something I probably need. But going vegan is not healthy. Period.

this. very much this.

it's so easy to tell. they look sick.

sure, going vegetarian or vegan temporarily can help you cut if you're morbidly obese and allergic to exercise, but that comes from the fact that it's extremely difficult to stay vegan and maintain excess calories. it has little to do with the actual food consumed. if you just weighed your food and counted macros, you'd arrive at an even better result.

3
Anubis1 3 points ago +3 / -0

It really doesn't help with weight loss since you're going to grow tired of just vegetables, so you'll end up with a mostly pasta and rice diet. And you aren't eating that shit plain.

7
RegularAmerican 7 points ago +7 / -0

My aunt looks like a skeleton the mouth and all. She hasn't had meat in decades.

5

It is worse, the brain deteriorates. Humans did not get big brains until they could cook and get more fat and protein from animals, in many cases from insects, birds, and any creeping thing that was edible

26
Djt2029 26 points ago +27 / -1

No, you cannot. What "heatlhy" diet requires the need to supplement with so many other things? You need meat, preferably grass fed organic.

7
Thehonkswamp 7 points ago +7 / -0

Yeah, you don't even need that much meat if you don't want it, our ancestors had to make do with less at many points.

Leaves more for the rest of us - I love meat, and I grew up in the country so when cucks as me if I'd be fine having to get it myself the old-fashioned way, the answer is yes.

We used to pen the cow up for the last month or so and just let it eat grain. Grain fed is far better than grass fed.

Grass fed has more flavor IMHO. It has to be cooked differently to come out well. Also the breed matters.

8
Italians_Invented_2A 8 points ago +8 / -0

Not buff, no.

Scientific consensus is that you must ingest a certain amount of protein to build muscles. Depends on your body, but let's say it's 120g a day.

Give me an example of 120g vegan protein.

And that's not counting the biological value and the amino acid profile.

5
Mashiki 5 points ago +5 / -0

Give me an example of 120g vegan protein.

Seem to remember legumes having a rather large amount of protein in them, which is why you keep them as part of your survival kit.

4
RegularAmerican 4 points ago +4 / -0

Complete and incomplete proteins. Nothing is easier to convert than denatured (heated) animal proteins.

2
deplorabetty 2 points ago +3 / -1

Seriously? Just eating lentils, for example, has all the protein that anyone needs in a daily intake. http://www.dietandfitnesstoday.com/protein-in-lentils.php

6
Italians_Invented_2A 6 points ago +6 / -0

Who eats raw lentils?

I see in the USDA that boiled lentils have 9g of protein per 100g.

So what do you do? You eat 1 kilo of lentils every day? Good luck with that.

u/Mashiki

But my question is, are you physically able to ingest enough protein from vegan sources? And if yes, can you do that comfortably?

Let's do another test: can you hit 1200 cal with only one vegan meal? If yes please tell me how.

Non-vegan I can get eat 700g of lasagne, boom that's 1200 calories.

4
not_a_shill 4 points ago +4 / -0

Do you even lift bro? 2KG of lentils minum.

Anyone that eats less than 10 cups of lentils a day is a weak steak and potato eating bitch.

Kek

2
Mashiki 2 points ago +2 / -0

Cal's are one thing, sources are another. As for 1200 from one vegan meal? Probably, the question is the 'defining' point for vegan, because some consider milk and eggs to be perfectly fine. If you add that into the mix, then it becomes easy.

Legumes also include the required amino acid profile for it. I'll stick with my meat heavy diet though.

ModernKnight 5 points ago +5 / -0

If you replace "vegan" with "vegetarian" I would agree, but there are things we NEED from meat, eggs, and dairy. You can get those things from supplements, but those supplements are from... animal products.

3
EvanGRogers 3 points ago +3 / -0

I'm pretty sure that there are supplements that come from highly-processed plant sources that allow vegans to remain vegan.

However, they're expensive.

6
Cameron 6 points ago +6 / -0

To add onto this, unnecessary stress is literally poisoning you with cortisol, the “stress hormone.” This lowers testosterone sure, but it also saps your energy, ages you quicker, fucks up your sleep, and a couple other negatives.

Be like Trump, don’t stress, stay positive, live forever.

3
EvanGRogers 3 points ago +3 / -0

Milk is "estrogen shit"?

Actually curious - what's going on?

1
squanchingonpao 1 point ago +1 / -0

All milk (whether from cows, goats, humans, or porpoises) naturally contains small amounts of various hormones, including estrogen and progesterone. Because hormones like estrogen are fat-soluble, the level of hormones is higher in whole milk than in skim milk

Drink it if you want to...

Everything in moderation though won't hurt.

2
YYZeh 2 points ago +2 / -0

Everything else is +1 but. Your arguments against milk are unsubstantiated and natural fallacies. If you can digest it milk is perfectly fine.

Concerning estrogens: stay factual - screw flax and soy. And wheat.

All milk (whether from cows, goats, humans, or porpoises) naturally contains small amounts of various hormones, including estrogen and progesterone. Because hormones like estrogen are fat-soluble, the level of hormones is higher in whole milk than in skim milk

1
YYZeh 1 point ago +1 / -0

Alternatively you can look at what I shared before doubling down on your nonsense.

1
squanchingonpao 1 point ago +1 / -0

What you shared shows "steroids" vs natural estrogen. The left column doesn't specify it is units of estrogen?

Let's look at the amount of steroids in 8-ounce servings of common foods compared to the amount of estrogen humans naturally produce in a day.

1
YYZeh 1 point ago +1 / -0

Estrogens being steroids, that doesn’t really change the argument. If anything it means that there’s less than the numbers given on the chart.

I have a few liberal straight male friends. They are all weak, never work out, so scared to do anything without their girlfriends/wives consent. LOL. I really don't know how they are "straight" or even have a girlfriend.

21
Thehonkswamp 21 points ago +21 / -0

The being physically weak doesn't bother me as much as being mentally weak. A lot of these types I met at uni offload any/all blame to the system and never stand up when someone is doing wrong, they only speak up when they've got the herd at their backs. If someone belonging to one of the left's precious protected classes does evil they generally turn a blind eye because they're afraid to be eaten by their own.

4
Kolob 4 points ago +4 / -0

They go together. I could never be attracted to a physically weak man. After 32 years of marriage my husband needs to hands to do pull ups now and is less ripped than he was in his 20's, but still more fit than most very young people. Mental and physical go together

2
Thehonkswamp 2 points ago +2 / -0

I'm not saying they're completely independent of each other, but given the choice I have more respect for someone who stands up for what they believe in than someone who is ripped and cucks out. And I have seen both these extremes, it's not the norm, but it does happen. I wouldn't date someone who doesn't care for their own physical wellbeing either, but I'll always respect them if they show they can stand up to the herd.

Of course being physically weak isn't good, you should always strive to be healthy and able to defend yourself (although that goes beyond mere strength alone, after all muscles won't make you impervious to knives or broken bottles).

I'm very blessed in that my area has a very strong community of homeschoolers who are very eager to see their numbers grow, so there's a ton of resources available to me. They are also fantastically nice- and conservative- people. The biggest and most frequent issue is a school claiming the kids are on their rolls when they are being homeschooled. They won't sick the truancy officers on you because they want that government money for no work, and if they try throwing truancy officers at you they lose the kids' names from their rolls.

So much of our modern problems come from previous generations taking the easy way out.

Truth is sending your kid to school all day is the easy way out of parenting. It's obvious that schools are used as daycare now, but like all problems, it started smaller than that. Long ago it started with fathers who were feeling lazy, who decided to hand over the raising of their children to strangers - schoolteachers who (even if they had good intentions) could never hope to replace proper parenting. Now look where we are. You're sending your children off to be raised by people who have to learn the names of 100 kids and have 45 minutes a day with them.

But 150 years ago it wasn't so bad because the kid would come home and (most) of the weird ideas they got could be straightened out at dinner.

Then fathers started watching TV instead of eating with their family.

Then parents decided it was too tough to stick together for their kids, and now no one's getting married and divorce is the norm.

Go back 150 years and schools were local one-room schoolhouses where everyone knew the teacher, the kids were there a few hours a day, it only ran half the year, and the kids were in at age 7 and out by 15.

Now "school" starts at age 3, and the kid is required to be there 10 hours a day 10 months a year until they're 18. That didn't happen overnight...slippery slope.

The only solution is to choose to stop taking the easy way out. Parents need to be parents, and that includes being there with them teaching them skills and values. If you love your child and care about their future, then your child will be your #1 priority. Fathers who put their children first don't start working 70 hours a week to get a bigger house and vacations, they keep it at 40 hours so they have time to be with their kids every single day. And mothers who love their children don't get a second job just to earn enough money to afford daycare. Mothers who love their children stay with their children 24/7, especially for the first 5 years of their life.

School will never be the solution.

You can't expect some random stranger to raise your kid for you. That's the easy way out, and it will never work. Truth is - at best - a teacher can supplement and reinforce the things you are teaching your child. It's much more likely they will confuse your kid, or (these days) lead them astray.

So if you're looking at school as a solution, things are just going to keep getting worse and worse.

17
killerbunny88 17 points ago +17 / -0

This "pandemic" has backfired in one way. Homeschooling rates have increased dramatically because a lot of parents were finally clued in to what the schools were teaching. My best friend just took her kindergartener out of school because they started teaching him that the school is his family. No joke. It's a book that she told me about and there is a video on youtube of someone reading it to you.

Then, she started looking into it and found out that the counselor comes in and teaches "social issues" every week.... including sex education. This is in Wisconsin btw. So she pulled him and his brother who was in preschool out and has been homeschooling them. She said it's been great. They work on school a couple of hours in the afternoon and the kids get to play and be kids the rest of the day.

That's the other thing. My husband was homeschooled and now has an MBA. He only did school 3-4 hours per day growing up. He had way longer Christmas breaks/summer vacations. School wastes SO MUCH TIME! It's crazy. If my husband and I are ever blessed with children, we will 100% homeschool.

10
tombombadil 10 points ago +10 / -0

There is so much redundancy in education, it’s horrible. 7 hours a day and probably 3 of them are actually spent learning, and that is at the high school level. In elementary school it is roughly half of that. Schools have become indoctrination day cares.

7
killerbunny88 7 points ago +7 / -0

Not to mention the mountains of homework! The amount of time my sister spends helping her kids with their homework is roughly equivalent to the amount of time she could be spending completely homeschooling them.

I took all AP classes in high school, so I was always swamped with tons of homework. I remember going to college and being amazed by how EASY it was. I went from spending 35 hours a week in school plus 10 hours a week in homework to only spending 15 hours a week in class and maybe 15 hours at the most per week of homework/studying. That's 45 hours compared to at most 30. I graduated college in 3 years.

4
tombombadil 4 points ago +4 / -0

And notice how classes in college are only half of a typical school year but teach your just as much, if not more. Our public education system really needs a complete overhaul.

5
zooty 5 points ago +5 / -0

Please encourage her to get her story out there.

3
DibbleDibbleDibble 3 points ago +3 / -0

This has been my revelation since I began homeschooling as well - everything can be completed pretty quickly and then the kids get to be children. Why are we locking our kids up for most of their formative years? It's wild what we've come to accept as normal.

14
Frog_Anne 14 points ago +14 / -0

If a boy likes cars or guns, they're "big boy toys" that are "compensating" for something. The exception being if a girl is interested, then that's great because she's being cool and taking over the boys' space. Not sure how it's feminist to say girls only have value when they do typically masculine things, but wasting time when they're keeping house and caring for kids, but there you go.

10
DragonEnergyDick 10 points ago +10 / -0

This sort of thing is why I think educating the sexes separately could be a good idea. Boys and girls are different and need different environments to learn.

Boys need more time to run around and be active so they can actually focus in school.

8
tombombadil 8 points ago +8 / -0

That’s exactly the point that Leonard Sax makes in the book that u/crusty_curmudgeon linked to.

The research is remarkable when you look into them. Boys and girls behave completely differently in co-Ed vs. single sex settings. It’s to the point where there is almost no argument to keep boys and girls together. Not even the “boys and girls need to learn how to socialize with one another” argument is effective. They actually socialize better outside of school if they are separated while in school.

4
Kolob 4 points ago +4 / -0

Research has shown for years that single sex education gets better results.

7
tombombadil 7 points ago +8 / -1

Damn. In my 5 years as part of The Donald community, you are the first pede I’ve seen bring up Leonard Sax. Why Gender Matter’s was so far ahead of its time when it was published in 2006. It describes EVERYTHING that we are seeing now from LGBT craziness, to why the education system is failing us, to why millennials have become such a weak minded generation. That book changed my perspective on everything and is largely why I decided to become a teacher. Everyone on here needs to read that book.

"Gay conservative" is an oxymoron. You cannot be both.

Being a conservative is based on seeing society as a collection of families, rather than individuals. Being a conservative means wanting to ensure a future for your children.

What is a homo going to do? A butt baby?

29
TickleTh1sElmo 29 points ago +30 / -1

There are plenty of gay people who are about MAGA and are conservative in all of their views. Just because some guy with a dick likes some other guy with a dick doesn't mean they don't love their country, free speech, and freedom to tell the government to back the fuck up.

-9
Italians_Invented_2A -9 points ago +6 / -15

They can love their country, free speech, and limited government. So do libertarians. That doesn't make them conservatives.

Conservatives want to conserve society as it was in the 20th century. It's progressives that want to destroy the concept of family.

Just because homosexuality is out in the open, doesn't mean it's new. It's been around forever. The Libertarian and moral part of me accepts peoples rights to live their lives without interference, as long as they don't interfere with me or others.

It is none of my business who adult men love or have sex with. I'm not the boss of them.

OTH, when the rest of the LGB alphabet crazies host drag queen story hours for small children, insist our daughters compete against and shower with biological men in HS, lobby for and enact laws that require my daughter to share a public restroom with a bearded woman in a dress, and children who are too young to make their own decisions are being pumped full of hormones and butchered - that's when the line is crossed. That's when you are in my space and the space of others.

Gay men I've talked to don't want any part of it.

Have gay men pushed for anything like that? Ever? They just want to be left alone to live their lives.

BTW, and maybe you haven't heard, but heterosexual butt-sex is all the rage these days. I suspect it's been pretty popular among Catholics for many decades who didn't want to piss off the Pope by wearing a condom.

2
Italians_Invented_2A 2 points ago +3 / -1

If you're a libertarian you accept homos, but then you're not a conservative.

Libertarians are all about individual freedom. Conservatives are not. Conservatives are about a traditional social structure because we understand what one member of society does affect the rest of society. The foundation of society is the family. The family is needed to create new productive members of society to ensure that our people survive (not that you'd care about that if you're a libertarian).

Would you be happy if alcoholism was normalized? Would you be happy if alcoholics went to schools to tell children how cool it is to drink alcohol?

Homos spread their mental illness exactly like trannies do. Your distinction is absurd, because homos do want to tell little boys in school that it's "normal" to not be attracted and confident around girls. They want their sickness to be normalized in the media. They want to steal children through "adoption".

Bull shit.

Now I get it. You're one of those judgemental fucks who wants to slap a label on my forehead and tell me I can only be one of a dozen things instead of a mix of a few.

You keep being a "conservative", but don't think you own the definition of the word or the ideology.

You seem to be a very arrogant man who would likely hit the breaks on the Trump Train and throw people off if you were in charge. It would be half empty.

Perhaps you are on the wrong train, friend.

0
Italians_Invented_2A 0 points ago +1 / -1

No, the Trump Train is not the same thing as being conservative.

But don't try to steal the word "conservative", just like you stole the word "gay". Why don't you homos respect the fucking English language instead of trying to change it to fit your worldview?

6
Pedutoisacuck 6 points ago +6 / -0

Conservative means you want to conserve the traditional framework of your nation. In our case that's classic liberalism which is all about individual rights and freedoms. No idea where you got that terrible definition from.

Hard times makes strong men. I been doing pull ups. I can only do a few, but after a year of hitting it almost every day, it's really helped my mood and energy.

Do you have a good, strong doorway? If so, get yourself one of these.

2

These are amazing. A couple years back my mother got one of these for my brother and one for me as Christmas gifts. I use it every day, and though she doesn't really like it, my wife uses it too (though she can't do pullups yet).

Start doing negatives. My very out of shape brother, 5’9 at 110kg couldn’t do 1. Only took like a fortnight of half ass casually doing negatives to go from 0 to like 2 or 3.

Jump to top of bar so you’re in the top position, then resist your weight as You fall down. Go as slowly as you can until you’re at the bottom then repeat. Once you can do 1 rep, do your 1 rep followed by a negative.

If you can do half a pull up, then try and do half a pull up as fast as you can, go half way, drop about 20% of the rom, then go back to half way. “Bounce” around in that hard area As long as you can.

Tada! You don’t need any special equipment and can get stronger at pull ups now

3
Wonderkek 3 points ago +3 / -0

Yeah, chin ups are weird man. Back when I could bench 225 I could only do maybe 3 full pull ups. It’s just a different set of muscles that I swear some people just can’t develop

2
Italians_Invented_2A 2 points ago +3 / -1

That's not push ups, that's humping the floor.

A push up with proper form (say, military rules) is no joke.

No way in hell someone can do 100 without being an athlete that trains for endurance.

This is a proper push up

2
zooty 2 points ago +2 / -0

Can't anymore but back in my youth when I cycled to school every day, I could do 80 with no additional training. Anyone up to 30 without excessive weight to lose should be able to get there pretty quickly.

2
ChickNorris 2 points ago +2 / -0

hey, you don't have to believe me. I'm ok with that. In addition to regular push ups I was doing multiple sets of prison cell push ups. Prison Cell Pushups. P90X are 90 minute full body workouts. I had crazy upper body strength. I constantly got compliments on the muscle tone of my arms.

I was an athlete and I had endurance.

2
Italians_Invented_2A 2 points ago +3 / -1

Doing 100 push ups and not being able to do one single pull up is impossible.

It would be an unbelievable muscle imbalance, no matter your level of fitness.

2
ChickNorris 2 points ago +2 / -0

ok.

1
ChickNorris 1 point ago +1 / -0

Pull ups are probably 85% back muscles while push ups are pecs, deltoids, triceps and abs.

They work different muscle groups. I obviously had better developed chest, shoulders, arms and abs than back. So I could get through multiple push ups but I had trouble doing pull ups.

2
Italians_Invented_2A 2 points ago +2 / -0

Then be careful. Muscle imbalances between the push and pull muscles can lead to shoulder injuries.

In theory one is supposed to row almost as much as he benches.

2
SpicyAmerican 2 points ago +2 / -0

It's great to stay active and keep that blood pumping.

The most pull ups I can do at once is 5 or 6, but a few reps a day, every day for over a year.

There is no group the LGBTWTFBBQ movement has done a greater disservice to, than masculine gay men. Just like there are butch lesbians, there are gay men who don't identify at all with the effete, feminized caricature of gay men portrayed in the media.

It's just further proof that the LGBT movement always was just rebranded feminism, which of course was just rebranded communism. Communists and feminists don't have any use for real masculinity, it's the polar opposite of everything they want to promote.

She gets it. Whenever I encounter men who say they are "feminists," it's an immediate cringe. I would add that I think women who feel the need to label themselves "feminists" are often using it as a cover-up for the fact that they are insecure in their own femininity and feel the need to take it out masculinity and men in general.

1
james43552352345 1 point ago +2 / -1

Exactly this. If you look at reddit there is a sub called femaledatingstrategy. So you can see the logic of their thinking first hand.

It is the same for both men and women. If you want to attract a mate that you desire then you need to put in the work. For a man, it is important to be physically in-shape, have career potential and be ale to do manly stuff (fix things and so on). Also having the usual dating skills and respect for women is important.

Same for women. Women need to be skinny, long hair, and know how to do feminine stuff like cook.

It is fair for both sexes, men need to bring something to the table that women desire and same for women.

They're not wrong. We went to a MAGA rally on Saturday and there was a gay couple there. Pickup truck loaded with rainbow trump flags, "No more bullshit" Trump flags, and US flags. The whole thing was rigged for effect.

They were manly men. They had beards and fit right in with the other working fellas who were there. Truly calm, stable, masculine men with not one drop of soy between the two of them.

As I watched them mingle and chat with the crowd all I could think was, "Even our gays are better than their gays."

Toxic masculinity is what made America. This female celebrates her husbands and sons "toxicity." They will fight for your freedom, but wont stand by for your fight to take theirs away.

6

Love it. Agree wholeheartedly. I have some very good friends who are gay Conservative men. They are flying a Trump flag and have put up with a lot of BS from snowflake liberal soft males. Sickening how easily these liberals will kowtow just to virtue signal -- not realizing they are virtue signaling for a system that has murdered millions of gays, millions of blacks, millions of hispanics and millions of women. Hey Liberals --DO YOUR FUCKING HOMEWORK! Start here!

  • what Che Guevara had to say (in his own diary, IIRC) about black people. "The black is indolent and a dreamer; spending his meager wage on frivolity or drink; the European has a tradition of work and saving, which has pursued him as far as this corner of America and drives him to advance himself, even independently of his own individual aspirations." -Figgy Communist Che Guevara, “The blacks, those magnificent examples of the African race who have maintained their racial purity thanks to their lack of an affinity with bathing, have seen their territory invaded by a new kind of slave: the Portuguese.” - Che Geuvara on people in Venezuela*

I swear, one of the craziest observations of this was Dave Rubin. When he first stepped out of the YT and started his own show, he was rough to watch because he was just so stereotypically gay. Now he’s trimmed down and, while still gay, it’s like he’s not trying to show it off, like “Yes, this is a part of me, but it’s not who I am.”

It just seems that when you base your life on the truth, good things happen.

Notice that male movie stars still look and act masculine--i.e., like men. No one, female or male, straight or gay, wants the lead part in an action movie to be played by a sunken-chested soyboy. Feminists talk BS about toxic masculinity but they're just as attracted to high-testosterone alphas now as they were when we were all living in trees. It's biologically programmed, and it's just as true for alpha women and THEIR attractiveness.

Man-hating Feminists are angry aggressive and toxic because they've actually identified with a stereotype and caricature of masculine men, who are supposedly--angry aggressive and toxic. In Jungian terms, Fembitches are filled with "animus." They actually pride themselves on being really unpleasant people.

Once they've attended one Trump rally and seen it with their own eyes they never go back. These two have become some of the most avid Trump fans I've seen and all it took was attending a rally and being received with open arms by us. It's like a switch flips. They will never go back to the dark side now that they have seen the light.
