She gets it. Whenever I encounter men who say they are "feminists," it's an immediate cringe. I would add that I think women who feel the need to label themselves "feminists" are often using it as a cover-up for the fact that they are insecure in their own femininity and feel the need to take it out masculinity and men in general.

Exactly this. If you look at reddit there is a sub called femaledatingstrategy. So you can see the logic of their thinking first hand.

It is the same for both men and women. If you want to attract a mate that you desire then you need to put in the work. For a man, it is important to be physically in-shape, have career potential and be ale to do manly stuff (fix things and so on). Also having the usual dating skills and respect for women is important.

Same for women. Women need to be skinny, long hair, and know how to do feminine stuff like cook.

It is fair for both sexes, men need to bring something to the table that women desire and same for women.
