Who the fuck said it was "only one winter"? It was ONLY supposed to be 15 days, then ONLY 30, then ONLY 45...now it's ONLY "until there's a vaccine", then it will be "ONLY until 3rd Quarter 2021 when enough people have had the vaccine and it shows it actually works - still have to mask up and hide from everyone else in real life until then"...so pardon fucking me if we don't believe any timeframe someone puts on this.
That’s my point as well. We are on what, day 280 of “2 weeks to flatten the curve”. One winter will run into 4 years then into 20 years.
There are risks and benefits to everything in life. At this point, if you are afraid of the risks of Corona virus, stay at home and let your TV tell you how real your fear is. The rest of us will accept a 0.03% risk of death and have a beer with our friends.
