It’s a kids movie from the early 90s called Witches. Basically about a bunch of witches who want to kill children, so it’s pretty fitting.
I recognized it instantly, and I haven't seen that movie since I was about 7 years old!
Watched it recently. Holds up amazingly well. Much better than the remake too
