It’s a transfer to college students who majored in literally worthless areas or at schools with such low standards they hold a degree but no corresponding skills , as judged by the market place that has every incentive to pay people for valuable work. It’s just going to encourage more people to get paper degrees.
Yep, people with a STEM degree that get high paying jobs after university will have to pay their student debts.
