I think you are correct. The scenario was probably a promise made that this was "going to happen", so she got on board. Worse, she was probably installed illegally elected as Governor by a previous Dominion scheme for exactly this. Dominion was key to this power grab.

The legal fees crush these little businesses, and the corporate chains fear backlash. Its a no-win for them. Lose profits by being closed, or the profits you make by being open, got to pay lawyers to fight the injustice.
On top of that you have local news foaming at the mouth to attack anyone who will not comply. Most small business owners won’t take the risk unfortunately

This is what people need to understand about law and the court system. If you just do what they say, nothing will change. We MUST challenge them. We should have from the beginning, but now with the judiciary on our side it's more important than ever.
Courts give opinions that all the lower court and law enforcement are expected to follow. If LEO just straight up ignore those orders, courts will have their invalid enforcement actions thrown out.
Unfortunately in many cases the process is the punishment, especially when you're talking about small businesses that have to pay just to fight the health department. We definitely need more Lin Woods and other groups that will take on these cases for free. But as an individual, do what you want.

Wife and I tested positive. I would say it was worse than the flu. But we are younger and healthy and got through it with no issues. Probably because we haven’t been overloaded with stress. We have continued to exercise and take care of our bodies. If your someone that stayed inside all day and eat shit food causing health issues of course you will get it worse.

She is now using orders through MIDHHS and MIOSHA to enact similar, although not as broad, rules. It is important to note this is not the same. This will need to be separately challenged and ruled on separately from the previous SC ruling.
At the end of the day it's more fear mongering to try and scare fellow Michiganders into submission.

Also, collect any info from any police that attempt to enforce. It's an easy lawsuit when the SC is on your side.
