The SC ruled against her using two specific laws to perpetually declare a state of emergency and her using executive orders provided by that state of emergency to lock down the state.
She is now using orders through MIDHHS and MIOSHA to enact similar, although not as broad, rules. It is important to note this is not the same. This will need to be separately challenged and ruled on separately from the previous SC ruling.
At the end of the day it's more fear mongering to try and scare fellow Michiganders into submission.
