This is what disturbs me the most... all those four or five-year-olds that are just starting to understand the world see all this as normal. The normal world is nonsensical to them now. That plus woke bullshit is going to warp their brains beyond repair.

If they are only 4 or 5 years old, there's still hope that they won't "go woke." I personally am happy to see my son at home and teach him how to pray when times get difficult.

Once we get over this weird time in our history, hopefully education at school will be normal and truthful, instead of the social programming we have now.

My daughter started homeschooling this past September. She is incorporating Bible study into their curriculum, as well as daily prayer time. I'm very proud of her and the kids.

Try and get your kids playbdates with other little ones. They need social interaction as well.

I have grandchildren who are now being homeschooled by their mother. Win win for them and her.

Literally, the world around them is warped. They can't see the lower half of people's faces. I can't imagine what that must be like not to be able to fully "read" their family and friends.

I've had this discussion with my husband. Its extremely unnatural to go around covering your face as a human. Our facial expressions are how we communicate both conciously and subconciously things like mood, emotion, etc. It can't be healthy for children to grow up in an environment where they can't learn to read these mannerisms.

Also it really sucks for people with hearing issues.

I have some pretty significant hearing damage and I rely a lot on reading faces and lips to help me understand people better. These masks have made basic interactions much more difficult. Combine the lack of seeing ones lower face with the muffled noises coming out of their mask and at times I’m completely lost in conversation. Of course this leads to the person getting pissed off, writing me off etc. This is especially true when it comes to interacting with government workers (as if you couldn’t make the DMV any worse).

One of the people in our local post office has the same issue. I can see how much harder he has to work to communicate. He's an excellent lip reader and now he can't use that tool. So wrong.

My gram is the same way. She’s very hard of hearing but she can read lips pretty good. With masks she’s had such a hard time conversing with others and understanding them. Breaks my heart.
