Easier said than done. Most people in the game are just reselling other folks' hardware and the ones that are colocating still have to have their hardware in someone else's datacenter. In order to have someone like this hosted (and stay be able to stay hosted) you'd have to have a company who was 1) Up to host them, 2) Have their own DC and 3) Running their own hardware. If you don't have all three, someone at one of the big tech companies can make a phone call and start the pressure campaign from the top down. Most companies aren't looking to throw their company/money out the window (1 person vs their entire client base) so they don't think twice about terminating the person's account.
You can get a VPS hosting service pretty cheap with wordpress installed, also fuck wordpress!

GoDaddy probably would not have any problem with CTH. Just keep buying upsale items.
