The states are moving to certify their results in an effort to solidify the election results. I'm guessing the various dates of certification are based on state law.

So we are basically looking at a situation where Team Trump prove that the election is full of fraud, basically throwing out the results of the election and leaving it to the house. Is that the state we are currently in?
Who actually certifies the vote in the state? The legislature or secretary of state?
