I've been asking that for a couple days here and haven't gotten very many good answers. I'm thinking if the Dominion system was able to alter votes, they would know how many fake paper ballots to put in with the real ones to make a recount reflect the Dominion results. Either that or the Dominion system printed the fake ballots and somehow the real ones were disposed of. I'm not sure though
If the insertion point is post ballot (for the Dominion vote switching) then should the Georgia vote recount detect that portion of the fraud?
