For Hungary I found out that some Soros funded organization incited a minority (Romani) to make school education impossible for all kids and after the government stepped in and segregated the kids they sued the goverment for compensation, of course claiming they are racists. The soros organization got a share of 60% (if I remember correctly) from the compensation. The parliament then passed legislation to make such practices impossible, so that minorities only have a right for equivalent schooling and no monetary compensation.
