IMO, this is huge - according to a precedent set in 1878, any campaign caught committing voter fraud in an attempt to defraud an election is ELECTION FRAUD, big difference. Any campaign guilty of election fraud is disqualified and is permanently unable to hold public office. If this guy is directly or financially connected to Biden-Harris, they are disqualified.
I downloaded The federal Prosecution of Election Offenses, start at around page 32, after looking at it again, if they can pin something to the Biden campaign, I'll bring the champagne. :)
