Compiling a document for Biden's turnout % compared to Clinton's turnout % per county and this one sticks out like a sore thumb.

Also, what I'm starting to think is that they buried all their fraud votes in mostly republican counties and left big cities alone because they knew we'd look there. For example Philadelphia has the exact same vote count for Biden as for Clinton 2016 but then you get flips like this and many more that I'm seeing.
