the constitution has a mechanism spelled out for this scenario where the states electors are voided when there is fraud.

Biden has one path to victory, 270 votes.
Trump has two paths to victory. 270 votes OR a tiebreaker. If neither candidate wins 270, the election is bumped down to the House, where Trump wins handily. Each state only gets one vote and there are several more red votes than blue ones. Plus Pence would get a vote if it somehow split evenly.

Not familiar with the law, or a lawyer, but I would be skeptical that the law doesn't leave some decisions to the discretion of the SoS.
If one state is thrown out from fraud and the Biden campaign has even an email or phone call prior to election that connects them to any fraud at all... then, and hear me out: 'Fraud Vitiates Everything' - SCOTUS in the Throckmorton case in the late 1800s.
If those two dots have already been connected then Biden was an ineligible candidate before the votes were even cast.
Except in that case, the SC wasn’t referring to elections I believe, but the statement itself is likely to be looked at as precedent.
The statements always, are supposed to, stand alone.
Notice it stated: "Fraud Vitiates Everything." not "Fraud Vitiates the aspects of this case we are ruling on".
I understand where you are coming from though, as things have been overturned or ruled in conflict of precedent.
