Ted Olson represented Bush at USSC.

There were several filings and steps. Bush won, the next court reversed, and so on. Then the state supreme court ruled, then it was appealed to USSC.

But there was covered litigation w/ rulings on a near daily basis.

We are not seeing that right now.

So are you saying that we aren't seeing it because it's a media blackout - conspiracy or because the filings aren't happening?

Because they are happening, we have seen them here at TheDonald.

We have seen some filings. Lin Wood actually filed one w/ Lin Wood as the plaintiff. HE also suggested individuals file suits in one tweet. Seemed strange.

The big suit is the constitutional suit where govs and sos's changed rules set by legislatures. That is one that have the most impact.

But its the same as it was w/ Bush V. Gore.

e.g. Have you heard any results?

Also, seems like the suits plantiff needs to be Trump campaign?
