I don't think anyone would anticipate a full state hand recount. It would be possible to structure the alteration such that "sample" recounts would not reveal it. Especially if the Secretary of State were compromised - if you know what counties are going to be in the normal risk limiting audit sample, you could exclude them in the code somehow, and that's just an idea off the top of my head.

Fraud would require showing evidence that specific ballots were fraudulent which is difficult now because the envelopes have been separated from the ballots. Instead, both Powell and Guiliani are proving in court that the election was unlawful. If voting machines can easily be tampered with, the election automatically comes into question. This is what Powell is working on. If poll watchers were excluded from watching the polls as the law demands, then the election comes into question. I think the way it works is it takes the number of Trump votes coming in and counts every 20th as a Biden vote. Or something like that.
Then at the end in the major blue cities they add as many fake Biden ballots as needed to the stack to make the recount correct. In the red counties they just hope no one does a physical count. Or when they do recount they will find ballots missing and more Trump votes.

You can also look at demographics. Areas with similar people, beliefs, lifestyles, and party affiliation. One goes overwhelmingly Trump. While another area (almost exactly the same) goes overwhelmingly for Biden. Why? Not only that, but in the area that went for Biden, Hillary did TERRIBLE in 2016. Why the sudden shift? Answer: bullshit

they limited the counties because fraudulent ballots have to be designed and printed. every county and precinct will have different people/issues on it, so they hit the big ones and leave it at that. otherwise it's way too easy to mess up.

I think they knew the fake polls were fake, but they thought the fake polls were only slightly fake, when in reality the fake polls were massively fake.

There was a survey a couple of months before the election that said 72% of Republicans were uncomfortable sharing their political opinions.
That possibly skewed the fake polls even more towards the pedocrats.
Some lied for shits and giggles, too. And let's face it, there canvassing was not very thorough. They do not know how to talk to lower-middle class people or below.
That's why they panicked and shut it down. VA was the big tell. They thought they would win it easily so they called it as soon as the polls closed but it ended up being a massive turnout for Trump there.
I was watching Fox at the time, Trump's lead was holding for a long time and they even discussed whether VA would be recalled at one point.
President Trump basically had a consistent lead in almost all the swing states, until 4am when they paused counting and then mysteriously the final 6% in each swing state went 90%+ for Pedo Joe.
Virginia was the most statistically out of whack. They had to adjust the fixed blend higher three times. Look way at the bottom of this article.

This is EXACTLY what I've suspected since the beginning. Their algorithm wasn't enough to surpass the CRAZY number of people who voted Trump, so they shut everything down to buy themselves time for plan B: bringing in a shit-ton of pre-printed ballots.

I think the way it works is it takes the number of Trump votes coming in and counts every 20th as a Biden vote. Or something like that.
Then at the end in the major blue cities they add as many fake Biden ballots as needed to the stack to make the recount correct. In the red counties they just hope no one does a physical count. Or when they do recount they will find ballots missing and more Trump votes.
