They have to get it right the first time. That means they can't afford to have any little bit left out. Otherwise all the courts will do is say he should have had his stuff together before filing a case, and that would allow them to use the appearance of being rushed to simply dismiss stuff and attack the validity of the case. With such a limited timing, every base in this case needs to be covered.
We all know this is going to the supreme court though. They will try left and right to dismiss this at the lower courts. The happening doesn't happen until this goes to the supreme court. Until then, all the media is going to be doing is celebrating Biden and making fun of Trump.
Well, think of it this way: Nothing has changed, Orange Man Bad Every Day.
Remember Impeachment? Same type of shit that extends over time. This is no different. In 1 year there will be some other shit. In 2 years some another. In 3 some another.
So who cares about what they say? They will be smug and arrogant no matter what.
If anything, the impeachment process just gave him & his team the necessary experience and insight to make him even stronger.
The difference now is, for the first time Democrats aren’t the ones that are claiming fraud, they are on the defensive and they aren’t used to defending themselves.
And the media is struggling to adapt their lies to the "drip drip drip" of new information. They already went from "no evidence of fraud" to "no evidence of widespread fraud", all while intentionally misleading the public by declaring themselves as the official authority of determining who us President-elect. Big-tech is struggling to destroy evidence of Dominion and Smartmatic. Then there are letters from fellow Dems alleging problems with electronic voting machines. The Dems are strugglng bigly.
Wouldn't 'getting it right the first time' have involved securing court orders in advance of the election ensuring adequate supervision was present in the counting rooms at all times, registrations purged of the dead and double names prior to ballots being mailed, and obviously needed precautions against fraud instituted to prevent the steal? Reversing the results of an election is a very difficult thing to convince courts to do, even with the best evidence. I am hopeful and really do believe it will work out in POTUS' favor, but please stop the bullshit about how this was all part of the plan, it's '4-D chess' and anything else that implies we didn't get caught flat footed and now have to scramble against all odds to fix this shit.
Getting orders like that involves seeking injunctive relief. To get injunctive relief, you need to establish the imminent threat of irreparable harm, which is very difficult to do especially when the harm (election fraud) is speculative at the time. They tried to get some orders like that but were denied. Not that surprising. Nothing his team did wrong or failed to do.
I find a lot of younger pedes with this view. They forget that he took down the mafia, his work is solid with all the i's dotted and t's crossed. Not to mention, after that he became America's Mayor when he put the entire country on his back after 9/11, calling him cartoonish isn't right.
Exactly. I’m “ahem” older and I remember how bad NYC was before he was AG. He made it safe to walk the streets again. I’m sure it’s not so much that way there now.
Normally they would penalize a plaintiff for leaving something out, but in this case I think there is a good chance a Judge permits an amended complaint, so long as its clear the information wasn't available earlier (and I think everyone knows how rushed everything is by necessity). Still, they need to make the best possible arguments they can at the beginning.
Worrisome. Is there some precedent for how timely/ close to certification such a case needs to be? Is there precedent for dismissing a case on those grounds?

This
One shot, one kill! Just like Tom Berenger in Sniper!
I trust Trump to get it right the first time. Moreso with talent like Rudy who also knows how to fight against the odds.

And it's not like Rudy is writing the briefs. He's got sharp minds on that. Rudy is the right guy for this.
You sound like the people who didn’t trust Trump in the beginning
Look at past actions and results, not the style
Take that back
I was a ball-less cuck like you before. I learned my lessons. Hopefully you will learn yours very soon here.

I don't agree. With the thing still being very fresh, it's reasonable that new evidences can come up any day.
This doesn't make our case weaker
And they have to get it out timely. If they wait too long courts will throw the whole thing out if it’s too close to certification day

It’s discretionary by the judge.
