Rudy said on twitter this morning the reports of them "dropping" suits was wrong, that the people reporting hadn't read the new suits. They were updating and adding stuff, not DROPPING them. I think WaPo started the rumor mill stuff that suits were all being dropped and Trump was getting ready to concede.
Maybe the theory that those suits had no purpose other than to ensure the delay of state certification until the real lawsuit was ready were correct.
At this point filing an accusation against Dominion in court is basically accusing the Dem Party of orchestrating a coup. That requires some serious evidence, which took time to gather.
Yes, I'm aware that there are numerous lawsuits going on. Our position in PA is Undoubtedly the strongest due to 1) Philly election officials ignoring SCOTUS order and 2) the state legislature is pro-trump which means they could very likely send Trump electors. The GA lawsuit may be good. I'm not sure. I follow Lin Wood and he follows me on Twitter. What I don't like is their legislature. There is a large contingent of anti-trump members along with a flakey governer. I actually think our position will be stronger in MI and WI where the dominion voting manipulation was so heavily altered (same with PA) that the SCOTUS is going to have difficulty ignoring it. Also, both of those states have Trump's favorable state legislature. AZ and GA I have the least confidence in due to the anti-trump republicans who hold so much power there.
