I suspect something related to the executive order he signed in 2018 on foreign interference in elections. It's so broad and extensive that it would take time to coordinate it. Plus a military officer came forward with evidence that Smartmatic has a backdoor in their software to flip votes. A lot of politicians and political operatives would be charged. Possibly even media and big tech companies would be subject to charges under the 2018 EO since it covers interference via propaganda and disinformation.
