The only time I've seen her genuinely smile is that brief moment Biden skyped her over live TV and she legitimately thought she was being picked for VP... until he simply complimented her.

You ran for governor of Georgia, and you really think the DNC just lets Biden announce these things unplanned?

Yes let's rush the lawsuit so u/DonJr2032 is happy.

With that out of the way let's recap a few things. Congress announced Biden isn't President elect, Kamala Harris hasn't resigned, Biden hasn't had a first intelligence briefing, Trump just had a massive #StopTheSteal rally, tomorrow big tech will (yet again) be questioned about election censorship, everyday we hear about one or another republican house of reps winning a seat due to glitches and errors, things are on our side and are moving that way we just have to be patient it'll be delivered and they'll do their best to dismiss it before we get the verdict we deserve. Momentum is on our side and that's what matters.

DonJr2024 13 points ago +21 / -8

DonJr2024 checking in. While all you said is true, and good, it doesn't change that we can't win a lawsuit that we don't file.

Telling a governor to resign over twitter is... not very likely to do anything. I mean fuck, a laptop with evidence of incestuous rape barely did anything. Show me the lawsuits. If we need more time to prepare them, ease up on the tv appearances and get them finished and filed.

14
GrayGhost 14 points ago +14 / -0

A laptop with evidence of incestuous rape made them panic-rig and got us here.

This is a fight against the global elite. Telegraphing anything is a dangerous nut. Hell, half of what we're told by our own people is very likely a honeypot at least and a lie at most, and that's how it should be, the rules mandate it. I am astounded at how little the general public seems to understand the art of espionage.

Fucking tweets and 'news' articles relating to our side are only going to consist of what the other side is meant to see. It's the Fog Of War and it's a natural element meant to be controlled.

5
ProudWhiteMan 5 points ago +5 / -0

I understand where you're coming from I felt a bit dejected for a few days that first weekend when they announced Biden was President elect but since then they've lost all momentum while ours is picking up speed. There's a lot of things happening every day like getting more incriminating evidence/affidavits and new facts emerging. Hell had they done it right away last week this dominion news was barely starting, and now they're talking about opening a lawsuit in California. What helps me is knowing if they didn't do it today is because they most likely got more information to amend into their lawsuit making it a better case.

Fuck I wish all of it was filed november 4th but just imagine what a lawsuit filled then would miss compared to one filed today or maybe even tomorrow. Remember this is just as much of an information war so we need those lawyers motivating us even if they haven't acted on the info they're hinting at. Hope this helps you feel a bit better my intention wasn't to call you out but also give you some strength and patience.

6
TwoStar 6 points ago +6 / -0

I am on board, full on Trump Train, let's get this done.

One point of clarification:

"Congress" didn't say he isn't President-elect - that was a letter from the ranking member of the appropriate committee (not a letter from "the Committee") telling the appropriate official at the GSA that he wasn't President-elect. Still good news, but let's be accurate about it. It was one Republican, not "Congress".

Dude take it easy. Masturbate to tweets all you want.

I know Trump won. I think he can prove it. Both with what he has and possibly with more forthcoming.

These tweets and the instant gratification they give people here are still goofy. There's more productive stuff we can do, such as digging up dirt on Dominion employees before they all scrub their social media entirely. And checking for dead people that voted. Emailing and harassing local politicians in key areas.

2
FireannDireach 2 points ago +5 / -3

DOOOOOOOM. Every post.

2
DonJr2024 2 points ago +4 / -2

I like the evidence we have. I want lawsuits. And I pray like all of us for there to be more evidence.

Rudy Giuliani is showing sworn affidavits on youtube at the same time that the Washington Post is "fact-checking" Trump's "baseless" claims.

Is there a point anymore where it becomes big enough that they have to start reporting, ya know, reality?

Anything short of the election being overturned, and the fraud becoming impossible to deny, and this guy's career is fucked.

6
FireannDireach 6 points ago +6 / -0

Good question. The media usually flip flops a little, depending on how the wind blows, but this is getting too big for that.

4
stormcloud 4 points ago +4 / -0

Likely the point at which the Ron Burgundy's in the newsroom (and their immediate bosses) start saying "oh, hell no; I won't be the scapegoat for this". Realize that many of them are 1) up to their eyeballs in their own shit; 2) are astronomically stupid; 3) their controllers expect and have planned for them to be the scapegoats -- so it may never happen.

3
cheesecakelove 3 points ago +3 / -0

I agree. The thing is, I have a really hard time believing people like Rudy, Lin Wood and Sydney Powell would risk their reputations and careers over this sort of thing. It would make no sense for them to all speak out if they evidence wasn’t completely damning.

These are some of the most highly regarded attorneys in the world and they are all speaking the same language. Something is happening and I’m starting to change my tune after being a doomer for the last couple of weeks.

1

FireannDireach 8 points ago +9 / -1

No, there is no "I think" here. This is not opinion. And, lawyers can be disbarred, they're held to professional standards. He is telling a sitting governor to turn himself in as a criminal, something alone that is unprecedented in my memory.

He's risking his law license and career, if disbarred, and losing clients forever. And, possible lawsuits from the Governor. He's risking a LOT.

I don't so much care about the trading of stock after a security briefing. Even a dummy would know to sell stocks like Movie Theaters and invest in companies that made vaccines or something once you saw what might happen.

Loeffler is snakey snake all the way and I think it's pretty obvious. SNAKES ARE WORSE THAN DEMOCRATS

104
WalterJDuke 104 points ago +104 / -0

His GA lawsuit is crazily well written. If federal level judges ignore it, it's prime SC material, especially given all other fraudulent actions we've seen.

31
TheMAGAnificent 31 points ago +31 / -0

Have you read through the lawsuit? Genuinely curios

43
WalterJDuke 43 points ago +43 / -0

I have, the whole thing. I don't have a law degree, but it seems very robust. Legislature was bypassed by SOS and handling of absentee ballots was not consistent with the law. Now, Newsom's similar action in CA was found to be breaking the law, but he had ironed it out via legislature after the fact. In GA, the legislature didn't approve this.

You can find it here:

https://www.dropbox.com/s/ta0rze1m3flzk5o/2020-11-13%20Complaint%20-%20L.%20Wood%20v.%20Raffensperger%20et%20al.pdf?dl=0

At your service, fellow Pede! Would be great to have someone with actual law background confirm what I said, just to make sure.

5
TwoStar 5 points ago +5 / -0

My only concern was that he basically stated he had been damaged and left it at that (no specifics, didn't say he had been disenfranchised clearly enough). I don't know the burden of proof for that aspect, so I have to trust that it said enough.

I was very glad that it was written with him as the directly injured party, as a resident of Georgia.

10
Texas_Rangers 10 points ago +10 / -0

I can say the federal PA lawsuit is extremely well written and shows an incredible understanding of the law.

It focuses on large swathes of ballots, hundreds of thousands, and implicates Consitutional issues, so federal question jurisdiction will arise, and federal courts thus have jurisdiction.

It also just shows a general expertise of election law but is written in plain, clear language.

It really is expert level work.

Art of the Deal.

Right now GA's Governor and Secretary of State are probably sweating enough bullets to flood Florida. Their OWN party is about to weaponize their shady dealings in a national way, their legislature is starting to contemplate actions like impeachment -- the walls are closing. Any sane human being remotely guilty of any crime is now thinking, 'What do they know?' It's a rare day in hell that the GOP goes after a governor, let alone a governor of a state with political pull.

Kemp, if you want ANY hope at a presidential pardon, you will be 100% candid with the Trump team. Spill everything. Save yourself from 20-30 years in prison. You can even salvage your name by confessing. Fighting this when both major political parties hate you isn't the future you want to pursue. The Democrats aren't going to rescue you. They're going to use you as a scapegoat for Georgia.

5
TheRoyalRob 5 points ago +5 / -0

I'm wondering if this is one of the people that has taken kick backs... that were mentioned over the weekend.

5
StaryHickory 5 points ago +6 / -1

I dont even know sometimes I think Lin Wood knows what we know and just verbalizes.

0
TheRoyalRob 0 points ago +1 / -1

Yeah, it's so hard to tell what is going on, my guess is it's by design.

I'm basically here with everything, if Trump knew this was going on, we ALL knew it was going on and Trump didn't get ahead of it before the election, then he deserves to lose honestly. I love Trump and what he has done for the country and I refuse to believe he didn't do anything, so we will see.

I just think the swamp is DEEP as fuck.....

2
StaryHickory 2 points ago +2 / -0

Everyone knew that mailing out shit tons of completely unaccountable "offical" ballots and not even having any way to determine who was filling them out or mailing them in was akin to having zero election security. But somehow we just went with it. And the Democrats did exactly what we knew they would do; use every opportunity to cheat and defraud the election system.

Literally this surprised no one, yet nothing was done.

2
TheRoyalRob 2 points ago +2 / -0

That is where I struggle with it so much, Trump railed hard against it, I just refuse to believe he did nothing about it... But maybe he thought the landslide would carry him over and I think it was, until they put Dominion into play... they had SOOOO many systems at work to fraud us.

The thing that pisses me off even more then if Trump did nothing are the millions and millions of Americans who fucking voted for that piece of shit Biden, I personally am glad I'm over here in South Korea, I guess if Biden wins I'll just stay put and this will be my new home. But I am still hoping Trump is going to come out on top, he always does.

1
SchveebleSchvobbla 1 point ago +1 / -0
