My concern is that if Floyd County finding these became news... and Fulton is finished counting... we have heard nothing about Fulton's results or any other large Metro county.
They had 2 worker at each table working the same stack of ballots - not sure if there was party affiliation mixed there or not. And there was one floor observer for each 10 tables allowed from each party.
The public could view from behind a rope and stanchions.
