I am for the death penalty only being applied to murder, heinous acts such as child rape, and treason.
Subverting the election is treason. There is no denying that fact. I think the death penalty should absolutely be applied to anyone found having committed it. That does mean the legal bar is higher to convict, but it also means anyone involved can be put to death which would make it a very rare occurrence indeed.

If many of my fellow Americans are uncomfortable with the death penalty, I can accept exile as a form of punishment. Just as long as they are removed completely from the United States forever, with anything they own seized.

Trump: 2458K votes.
Lead: Biden +14K
Trump gained a net of at least 560 votes over Biden. 560/14,000= 4%
Trump gained at most 1,200 votes over Biden. 1,200/14,000= 8.6%
So this one county fuckup could potentially eat away up to 8.6% of Biden's lead over Trump.
