Any legal pedes care to comment on the legality of using a state of emergency to force a second election, administered by the US military, with Japanese and Polish voting monitors, while allowing both Democrat and Republican monitors in equal numbers?

If we do a re-vote under a state of emergency, we damn well better do it right.

Not really. Bigger cities have trended blue for longer than electronic voting has existed.
