Vietnamese American here i lived 21 years in a communist regime i can confirm this, it gonna be a pyramid system, just like MLM the top of yhe pyramid gonna earn the most not because of salary but bribe, and the top.of pyramid is choosen by how big of your contribution into this communist revolution.
