From what I read, looks like we're only talking about between 10 and 100 ballots and they were in fact tossed. It was enough to affect the commissioner election but not enough to affect the presidential. That's what I read, anyway. Take it for what it's worth.

If there are discrepancies in the counting the Trump lawyers could ask that their returns be thrown out as well.
