The article says this:

The focus was narrowed to the County Commission District C race due to the tight 10-vote difference. After ruling out a recount, that would not change the discrepancies that Gloria identified, the board ultimately decided to certify all the election results except for the Clark County Commission District C race results; a special election will now be considered for that race only in December.

Doesn't that mean that they aren't certifying the Presidential votes? I am a little confused because Trump said this is good and I trust him. So what am I misunderstanding?

Good for a lawsuit. They admit there are problems that they cannot rectify, including fraud, but they are still certifying votes except for one race just because it’s really close.

It's evidence of large-scale voting irregularities - something the media claim doesn't exist.

The lawyers for the commisioner's race showed that the irregularities vastly outnumbered the margin of victory with known irregularities and many more unverified irregularities existed.

Trump's lawyers can use the evidence from the commisioner race and build on it for their case.

Oh thank you so much. You can depend on the Dems to cheat wildly even amongst themselves.

It means after audit they found irregularities in tens of ballots, which is a problem for only the commissioner's race since that was won by a margin of 10 votes. The outcome will not change for the presidential race, because the margin for biden in Clark County is near 90K+ Biden after audit and the irregularities were only in the 10's of ballots. They say it in the next tweet: https://twitter.com/meganmesserly/status/1328450441315684352

Way more than β€œ10’s of ballots.”. For the regular ballots:

  • 936 discrepancies in ballots
  • 710 with mail-in precincts
  • 121 in early voting precincts
  • 105 on Election Day
  • 6 voters voted twice

For the provisional ballots:

  • 115 voters had already voted
  • 142 voted in wrong district or wrong precincts
  • 8 were not eligible to vote
  • 1,925 were not registered to vote
  • 53 did not provide adequate proof-of-residence or a valid identification

Yes, there were more flagged ballots. It said all the discrepancies were resolved save for 10's of ballots. Those are the breakdowns you are mentioning and they were excluded from the counts.
