Correct and the reason was literally that although they don't feel like the votes are reliable, they're going to certify them anyway because it won't effect any other races
yup that's how I saw it live. They felt their were roughly 1700 irregularities I think. However margins of all other races were above that. My problem is that those margins combined with margins from Washoe County could make a difference.
They threw out that particular election which was a total of 1/6th the votes...they didn't throw out other races.
