Well it would be nice if it was accompanied by footage. The recount should be being recorded so incidents can be reviewed. We should be able to validate this claim by going to the tapes.
Ultimately I think we may need to get the Supreme Court to rule on whether the whole process needs to be reviewed until it's done fairly.
But this video alone doesn't show anything but hearsay.

Testimony is evidence in a court of law.
Sworn testimony is evidence, which this is not. Also, this is not "auditors calling ballots for Biden on video." This is, "person describes on video what he saw."
Like I said, I totally believe it's happening and I do hope this person can legally submit his testimony as a sworn witness. But we need more than a bunch of testimonies.
