Honestly, yes.

At the very least, life in prison with no parole; minimum sentence.

Because defrauding a person of their vote is literally stealing all their monetary & personal contributions toward the existing & exploited system and enslaving them to a new system they had no say in whatsoever.

Election fraud is literal slavery by force of proxy.
