It looks like the CDC might have memoryholed this. I opened that same page today and I no longer see the "Intentional and unintentional injury, poisoning and other adverse events; All other conditions and causes (residual)" category. I ctrl+F'd it and nothing. It's entirely possible I'm misunderstanding something though, and I'm going to try it again as well as the archives when I'm at a PC. (I'm mobile for now.)
