I read that the Supreme Court declined to hear a Pennsylvania absentee ballot case today. Is this true or just fake news? If they don't hear cases like these, how is Donald Trump supposed to win? I'm not being a doomer / black pilled I'm just curious what's going on.

Saw that screenshot on pol, then I googled the headline. They added a small retraction on the bottom of the article to say that the SC took no action today, not that they declined

Ah so it's just like the story of the USPS worker that "recanted."

We just have to buckle up and make the country great again. It is impossible, in this moment, to stay informed in real-time.

Right now kind of I think the later they hear it the better. The date to certify elections is fixed. If an state result is sub judice by then it shouldn't cast votes and we'd wander into the realm of the 12th ammendment.

Fair enough, but the certification deadline gets closer every day. I think some states will try to certify this week if they can.
