I made a post of an interview he did infront of a whole audience In 2014 earlier today and it was about an hour long but several times in it he mentioned situations where the people trying g to stop him only ended up helping him. One example was one of his big trump tower signs. He put it up and the local government lost its mind in disgust and they passed a law saying no one else could ever have a sign like he did ever again and his response was "thats fine. 100% okay with me" and now that trump tower is one if not the most sought after properties around because its the only one that's allowed to have a sign. 😂😂
Another situation was the beachfront at mar-a-lago, that he bought for 8 million dollars and now today is worth probably well over 100 million if not arguably priceless. He bought the whole beachfront from a guy he knew who was passing away for 2 million dollars and he said he "overpaid for it" but that was okay because he bought it from a guy who he told after he was forced into early retirement that after he retired, no one would return his calls, but donald always did and so he sold it to him for 2 million. Today the property with the beachfront has to be impossible to put a price on because of its sheer historical value.
