No. That is not Constitutional.

Each state is free to choose their electors however they please. They all choose to do it by vote as far as anyone can remember but there is NO right to vote for President anywhere in the Constitution.

Do NOT give the Federal government any more power.

DOJ needs armed observers in Philadelphia, Atlanta, Milwaukee, and Detroit. They've proven over and over that they are incapable of holding honest elections.

The ballots should never be left un observed until the election is certified
