sn’t this tweet meaningless and doesn’t affect the presidential race? They said like 140 of 153,000 votes had discrepancies. That enough to impact the commissioner race which was lost by 10 votes..... but not enough to over turn the presidential race. Right?

Any fraud, no matter how small, disenfranchises the voters and is thus invalid.
But tHat isn’t how the laws work... they always have to prove enough discrepancies to make a difference in the race....
As such, they don’t even count absentee ballots unless there are enough ballots to make a difference in the races
That is not even close to true. All it takes is proving fraud is possible to invalidate a race.
Ya, that’s not true
If a ballot is thrown out for one vote the whole thing is soiled.
If this is what happens when one county commish seat is looked over..... what about the 20 other races? Maybe we should look at everything.
You don’t get to rob 10 banks and confess to one as a good deed and expect them to not check out the other 9 robberies.
Only 140 votes had discrepancies is the ruling. This is enough to affect one race... not others. They certified all the other races.
Seems like , at most, Trump could get 140 votes invalidated
I’m not reading the same thing you’re reading.

Will you link what you’re reading?
How is there 35,000? The report is of like 140 with discrepancies
Where do you get 140?
They threw out 25,000 votes

No... they threw out the commissioner election results because of 140 discrepancies was enough to change the results of a race with a difference of 10 votes ... they certified the other races
This was an extreme reaction by the court, to throw out the entire commisioner election. There must be a lot more to this story than we understand. Basically the court threw up their hands and gave up on trying to resolve that election through any type of remediation. The fraud must have been rampant to the point where there was simply no way to ever fix it.
It's on the same ballot, in the same locale that matters to the presidential race. It supports the need for audits in that system.
Lol, the new user shill brigade is out in force tonight.
