What the fuck is a privilege tax? This shit makes me so angry, especially considering the top 0.1% aren't paying any tax at all.
Quite literally a tax for having an occupation in the city. Like there’s some special benefit to working in the city that makes it a privilege over the rest of the state. Burns me up.
