I worked in staffing for many years, this is a major EEO violation. Whether it is a third party staffing company or third party recruiter, if they are dumb enough to say that to you, get it on record and take it to a lawyer.

Dude, jobs suck. If you have to work for a living, as all of us do, your best bet is to take a bullshit job while you learn a skill, trade or craft to ultimately end up working for yourself. Plumbers, repairmen, fabricators and welders kill everywhere they go.
Just think of a service you wouldnt mind providing --that people with money dont want to fuck with themselves-- and figure it out.
You can learn how to do most anything on youtube to start and then apprentice til you get a license or certification if its needed.
