Look I can't imagine the dems would resort to any sort of funny business at the district I was working at. It is D + ∞ precinct in a D + ∞ state. But is it an irregularity? Absolutely. It didn't occur to me until just now that my experience might have been related to the same problem people all over the country are having.
Less than 200 ballots were cast at the precinct and we couldn't account for where 4 went. Missing 2% of all the ballots cast is a big deal. 2% can change the outcome of an election contest. It shouldn't and doesn't matter who those votes went for - it matters that they didn't show up in the digital counts. And it matters so much that we need to demand hand recounts.
To put this another way: aren't we supposed to count every vote? How can we count every vote when there seems to be a systemic problem with every Dominion voting machine?
Count and account for each and every ballot. And thank you for volunteering. We need more participation in this public service. Hopefully this will never happen again.
To be honest, I'm not so thrilled about the experience of waking up at 4am and working until 10pm that I'm looking forward to doing it again, but I think it's something everyone should try to do.
Public service aside, it definitely solidified my position on voter id laws. I would say most of the voters actually had their ID in hand at check in. A few asked if they needed ID, but the general impression I got is that everyone thought they needed ID to vote already. Why not just make it official?
I think Election Day should be a National Holiday from this day forth. We need it to secure our most fundamental Civil Right. Without the vote all our other civil rights are in jeopardy.
You need to submit and affidavit to the Trump camp. Every instance of impropriety helps.
