On Nevada ballots this year there were exactly 5 partisan races: for President, House of Representative member, State Senate member, State Assembly member and this County Commissioner race that they are referencing.
Since they are throwing out 153k ballots, are they throwing the ballots in their entirety or just that one race? How is this working? I don't see how they can find hundreds of irregularities for the fifth race on the ballot, but none for the top race.
It's not "fraud", "theft", or "lie" -- it's insurrection, an attempt to overthrow the Republic, an act of war. Why is it so hard for them to call it what it is?

I haven't been to Vegas in 20 years and I intend on keeping it that way forever more.
I mean technically if you throw out 153,000 ballots and draw no conclusions from that, you're probably not investigating something you should.

In this particular case, I think the margin was so close (like ten votes) it triggered an automatic audit/hand count thing.
That isn’t the same as investigating outside reports of vote irregularities.
Don’t worry - they still cheated and will be caught out!
