It really depends on the judge. Liberal judges decide the outcome of the case, and then try to find the facts to justify it. It’s supposed to be the other way around - the facts determine the outcome.
Will get struck down then appealed to a higher court.
Isn’t that the goal anyway? Gotta get through levels 1-5 before the final boss
so they can take it to a higher court.
