There are 36 voter registration numbers in WI that have multiple votes that ARE COUNTED. This is down from a few hundred that had the extra vote(s) thrown out. But 36 remain.

Now, the trickier bit: People who registered twice.

By my count, there are 73 people in WI who have two or more registration numbers with a) the same name b) the same suffix (e.g. juniors), c) the same address. Some of these even have the same email address/phone number. This totals 148 vote or 2.03 votes per person. This excludes all the rejected ballots of course.

So in summary, there are 109 people that appear to have voted more than once AND BOTH their votes are seemingly counted.

The funny one is one person had their vote received on October 26 and then on October 27 a second ballot was issued.
