Interesting. I just looked at the twitter of the congressional candidate who posted the map, they also posted about the watermark thing. I'm not going to hold my breath on this one... just hoping for the courts and legislatures to do their jobs either way!
Yeah, I thought about that too- Dominion isn't in all states. Very curious to see what comes of this.
Dominion isn't, but apparently smartconnect powers more than dominion, and so it's permeance is greater
