It seems like if his approval rating is 52% now, to me that indicates that more than that voted for him. Some will vote for him even though they don't approve because they fear/dislike Joe Camel Toe. But no one would say they approve and vote against him, especially given the fake news stories. Of course this is assuming their poll is representative, but it seems like any normal poll if anything skews away from Trump not for him if it's lying or biased. So I think we can use this as some indication that he won the election for sure and by a healthy margin.
