I think the only answer right away is to invalidate the election and send it to the house/senate, as this/these cases of the fraud, even expedited, are going to take a lot of time to prosecute. Let’s hope the SC (as well as Congress per state) can step up righteously in this.
I think that's the root of why Powell warned states not to certify a fraud, that's where the big crime takes place. Knowingly certifying a fraudulent election invalidates the whole thing. It's her strongest threat.
