I have friends that live in Baltimore who have never heard of Kim. I found a promo video on here and showed them, but other then that she didn't get much publicity. And in that promo video, her message was "democrats aren't running things well, vote for me", but didn't actually provide any of her own solutions. I'd love to see Maryland shift red, but Kim wasn't going to do it. She might be a rising star, though. Time will tell.
