My Dad started listening to him within the first week of his national show. I think I was six. I grew up listening to Rush. If I ever wanted to know what was going on in the world, I knew I could turn on Rush and he would give me the truth. Where else can we get that? He is an amazing American and has done so much to further freedom in our nation by single-handedly towing the true conservative line for years until others showed up

He was on last Monday just before treatment. He was supposed to be back yesterday. Mark said he should be back today. He pushed his treatment back a week so he could do the election show.
He may be suffering - but at this point he can have confidence that the plug of the swamp has been pulled, and his life's dream of restoring the republic is all but certain. That's an incredible achievement that he's worked hard towards and hung on doggedly to see. I'm concerned about his health. He wasn't on yesterday, and they sent out an email with a link where you could tell him stories about what his show means to you. They did the same thing for Ravi Zacharias about a week before he passed away.
We know the reality of his cancer, and he helped Trump so much in 16, and 20. Many of us have been fans for decades and we know how important he is.

We can talk about replacements and all that but the fact is, the minute Rush goes to be with The Lord, the EIB Network is a memory. Mark Steyn is delightful and a wonderful fill-in host but he is not Rush. Ben Shapiro, I don't know why but I'm not a fan. I mean, if you are a long time fan you know the whole EIB Network thing started out as a sort of goof because of this whole "you have to be a network" thing. I seriously doubt the EIB Network continues very long without Rush at the helm. I remember back in the late 90's early 2000's, I thought EIB was going to become a sort of minor leagues/training ground for up and coming talk show hosts to gain experience under someone like Rush. I thought EIB would become a network that would gain airtime on radio stations and grow "the brand". Nope, EIB has always been and will always be Rush Limbaugh.

That's insane. Especially when you've got so many other better choices. Mark Levin comes to mind. He's no Rush, but he's infinitely better than Ben Shapiro. Ben doesn't talk to people, he talks down to them.
He did treatment last week. So That's good. He hasn't been told there is nothing that can be done. He put off treatment for the election and week after. This round has been rough on him and he didn't come back yesterday, as he was supposed to.
