It's just garden variety government incompetence. But, I look at: https://www.nytimes.com/interactive/2020/11/03/us/elections/results-president.html and I'm seeing Manhattan is 60% counted with a predictable 85% to Biden. I wonder if the missing 40% is mail-in ballots that are going to skew heavily Trump because people got chased out by the Woke Monster. permalink save report block reply
