The evidence being compiled is for the courts. That is all that matters. Why would we release the evidence early? No one besides the courts will make the decision.

She has to release the evidence to them before court. It's called the "discovery" process. You can't "ambush" in court anymore.

Yeah - but proving it is another matter. The court has a stupid high standard for throwing out a vote. They act like a mail in ballot with no chain of custody or signature has the same weight as a polling place ballot with ID verification. It is a damn near impossible task to get a court to overturn an election without something so convincing that it was unambiguously true. They cannot make a statistical case or even a cirumstantial case. They almost need widespread recordings of the data-streams and a log of the modifications to the record.

If they release while they are still digging they only have to get one tiny thing wrong for Dems/Media to say it's all false. They are going to get it for 100% correct before they release it as they should
