The damage must have been bad if the wheels refuse to turn after that crash!

What kind of damage and cost we are looking at here?

Nevermind the car, the city is going to need a structural engineer to come out and determine if the lamp post is repairable. Along with a union electrician, a flag man, a full crane team and possibly a street repair team if it is deemed unsafe. That's going to be $10k+

Agreed: Work for a more suburban municipal utility and infrastructure damage gets expensive quickly. Also; we have nothing close to that in terms of fancy/decorative in our system so $10K is probably conservative..haha!
